Soft Surveillance begins with a hat that doubles as a brain, a control unit perched above the face and directing the body below. The single eye becomes a checkpoint, and the soldier-like profile is built from strict contours and stitched seams that signal discipline and repair. Yet small breaks and misalignments slip through the system, turning obedience into friction and keeping the portrait readable but never fully compliant.
