Overview
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All items are made to order.
Processing time (made to order)
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. Processing time does not include transit time.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates (and any applicable taxes) are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at ginnipishi.for.art@gmail.com Once an order has shipped, the address typically cannot be changed.
Undeliverable / returned packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or being unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Shipping delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service disruptions, or events outside our control.
Lost packages / marked delivered
If tracking shows your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at ginnipishi.for.art@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of the delivery scan (as shown by tracking). We will help investigate with the carrier. Outcomes may depend on the carrier’s investigation and claim process.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 calendar days after your order is marked delivered by the carrier (as shown by tracking), and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
