Open-edition print
2026, New York · Original: colored pencil on paper.
Moving Within Limits builds a portrait out of one thick boundary that acts like both container and constraint. Inside the shape, faces stack, rotate, and trade positions, as if identity is being transported through a tight passage. Small hands and feet appear mid-motion, suggesting a figure trying to move while the structure decides the route. The work holds a quiet tension between control and drift, a self that keeps walking even as it is held in place.
